maxifix not working

    Registered my maxisys and updated it but I cant get the maxifix to work all I get is a system error to contact tech support . I tried contacting tech support but no answer nor did they return my call . Please help

    Yes the website seems to be having issues at times but right at this moment is
    working.

    Hi chano113st did you upgrade to version 1.23, if so it is a bad update and it stops maxifix from connecting to your network, there is a fix for this problem, if you look under maxisys on this forum then look for "update" question, then scrole down the comments untill you get to the SUPPORT answer then reed how to fix, it worked fine for me. Hope this helps.

    Don't know how to send you a pic .I'm running 1.23 ver I have never been able to run
    maxifix just bought the unit I tried what was listed in posting which was to do a factory
    reset then reinstall 1.23 and the updates didn't work then i tried what support stated
    which was to make sure wi-fi and ethernet wasn't running at the same time which it
    wasn't and also looked for the file that needed to be deleted which I didn't have . When
    i click on maxifix the window open with the tabs on the left but I get this message
    "system error,please mail to support @auteltech.com"
